Yen Press publishes spinoff about Izuna Hatsuse in English This year's December issue of Kadokawa's Monthly Comic Alive magazine revealed on Friday that Yuu Kamiya and Kazuya Yuizaki's No Game No Life, Desu! spinoff manga will reach its "climax" in the next chapter on November 27. The word "climax" written in the phonetic katakana alphabet often refers to the final chapter of a manga. Yuizaki's spinoff manga based on Kamiya's No Game, No Life light novel series focuses on Izuna Hatsuse and her daily life. Yuizaki launched the series in Kadokawa's Monthly Comic Alive magazine in the magazine's July 2015 issue, and Kadokawa published the manga's third compiled volume on April 22. Yen Press licensed the manga and released the second volume on September 19. Blu-ray/DVD ships in Japan on February 23 The official website for the No Game, No Life anime announced on Friday that the No Game, No Life Zero anime film had earned 700 million yen (about US$6.3 million) in Japanese theaters as of September 30. The Blu-ray Disc and DVD will ship on February 23 in Japan. The film opened at 61 theaters on July 15 and eventually expanded to 178 theaters. 4DX screenings began at 48 theaters in Japan beginning on September 9.
