Baccano!/Durarara!!'s Noboru Takagi handles series composition Geno Studio announced on Monday that it will produce the television anime adaptation of Satoru Noda's Golden Kamuy manga. The company had teased on Tuesday that it would reveal three new television anime projects on Monday. Hitoshi Nanba (Fate/Grand Order: First Order, Gosick, Heroman, Baki the Grappler, We have always been 10 cm apart.) is directing the series, and Noboru Takagi (Baccano!, Durarara!!, Altair: A Record of Battles, Kuroko's Basketball) is handling the series composition. Kenichi Ohnuki (Gundam Build Fighters, Digimon Universe: Appli Monsters, Samurai Gun) is adapting the character designs for animation. Fuji TV producer Kōji Yamamoto established Geno Studio in 2015. The studio is a 100% subsidiary company of the anime production company Twin Engine. Hitoshi Nanba directs seres at Geno Studio This year's 53rd issue of Shueisha's Weekly Young Jump magazine is revealing the main cast on Thursday for the television anime adaptation of Satoru Noda's Golden Kamuy manga. Chikahiro Kobayashi (supporting roles in Gintama, Gingitsune, Granblue Fantasy the Animation) is starring in the show as Saichi Sugimoto (right in below image), and Haruka Shiraishi (From Up On Poppy Hill's Sora, A Centaur's Life's Kyōko, Anne-Happy's Hibari) is co-starring as Asirpa (left). The issue on Thursday is also revealing the first key visual for the anime. The Jump Festa '18 event will feature the anime at a presentation on December 17, and Kobayashi and Shiraishi will attend the presentation.
